A cupboard classic works well in everything from bread to pastries; farm-milled from our Certified Organic Hard Red Spring Wheat. In "white flour" processing, the bran and germ are removed during milling. "Unbleached" means no chemical bleaching agents are used to create our light, fluffy flour. Unbleached wheat flour gives baked goods a subtle texture and lighter consistency. Its high gluten content makes it ideal for bread dough. Grainworks Organic Unbleached Flour also creates flaky pastries, piecrust, tarts, cookies, muffins, biscuits, quick bread and cakes.
