"Le Bourdon" is a sharper tasting Montasio, and is the first sweet cheese from The Old School Cheesery. It is aged in nature's liquid gold (honey) sourced from local honey producers in Irma. This cheese is firm and has a sharp taste with a hint of sweetness. Aged for 3 months.
Apprx. 200g wedge.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, honey.
