Red skin, white flesh. Tubers are oval-shaped. Small potatoes good for slicing thinly, boiling for mashed potatoes or dicing and cooking into a potato salad.

Busy Bea’s Market Garden produces certified organic potatoes, onions, garlic, herbs and a variety of other vegetables in the Oldman River valley just east of Fort Macleod, Alberta. The business was started in Coaldale in 1989 by Trevor Aleman’s parents John and Bea. Trevor took over in 1999 and now farms with his wife Cindy and their six children.
