Red Russian garlic is larger than  regular garlic, with each head featuring four to six purple-tinged cloves that may each be as big as one whole head of typical garlic. These cloves are easier to peel than smaller garlic cloves. It has  rich, robust garlic flavour and a warm fingerling after taste.
