French Fingerling is a late-maturing variety with oblong tubers covered in red skin containing light yellow flesh.  It has the firm waxy texture characteristic of most fingerling varieties. Best boiled or roasted. French fingerlings are known for their gourmet flavor and firm waxy texture when cooked.

Busy Bea’s Market Garden produces certified organic potatoes, onions, garlic, herbs and a variety of other vegetables in the Oldman River valley just east of Fort Macleod, Alberta. The business was started in Coaldale in 1989 by Trevor Aleman’s parents John and Bea. Trevor took over in 1999 and now farms with his wife Cindy and their six children.
