De-boned, and tied with string to ensure even thickness when cooking, this turkey thigh roast makes for a great centerpiece for winter meals without the lengthy cooking time or carving that a whole bird requires. Season with fresh herbs, or your own marinade and simply roast to temperature.

Winter's Turkey has been raising turkeys on their Alberta farm, in Dalemead, south east of Calgary, for four generations. Their birds are humanely raised with total consideration for their comfort and well-being.
