Modify Your Subscription Order  

With our subscriptions you are not locked in and you are able to make changes to your order up until midnight the day before your order processes. 

When you have made a Subscription and would like to:

1. Change your Delivery Day
2. Change your Delivery Frequency

Please send us an email at info@cultivatr.ca and we will do this for you, ensuring everything is set up correctly.

If you would like to add New Items to your Subscription:

1. First log in by clicking on the Farmer icon at the top of the page.

1. Shop as you normally would and choose the “add to existing subscription” button on each product page.

 

If you would like to Remove Products from your Subscription, there are two options:

To permanently remove an item or items:

1. Log in by clicking the Farmer icon at the top right hand side of the page
2. Click ‘Manage Subscription'
3. You will see the Products in your Subscription, from here you can remove any item you like, by clicking the remove product button
4. Review the changes and click save.

To temporarily remove an item or items: 

1. Log in by clicking the Farmer icon at the top right hand side of the page.
2. Click 'Manage Subscription'
3. Click 'Manage Upcoming Orders'
4. Choose the Order date you would like to change
5. Click 'Edit Quantities'
6. Find the item you want to change, adjust the quantity to zero
7. Click 'Update Subscription'
8. Review your changes and hit 'Save'

Note: This will only make changes to that specific order!

If you want to Skip a Shipment:

1. Log in by clicking on the Farmer at the top of the page
2. Click 'Manage Subscription'
3. Click 'Manage Upcoming Orders'
4. Choose the Order date you would like to change
5. Click the 'Skip Shipment' button
6. Review your changes and hit 'Save'
