These slightly oblong acorn squashes have exterior skins that are bright white, and interior flesh that is also white, low in sugar, and tastes like a cross between white potato and sweet potato. It takes on the appearance of mashed potatoes when cooked and fluffed. 

Sold per individual squash (approx 1.5lb).
