Ham is a roast from the hind leg of a hog. Our hams have been cured and cold smoked, giving them the perfect balance of salt, smoke, and sweetness. 

For pre-order - Delivery Dates will be April 6, 7, 8.  Price is based on a 12 lb ham and we will adjust the final price, once we receive the ham for your order. Product arrives fresh not frozen.

Hillview Heritage Pork was established in 1991, occupying farmland around Rosebud, Alberta. Their pigs are all born and raised on the farm, free to roam around in free run pens. Their pigs enjoy a grain and vegetable diet and are processed in their own inspected facility.
