Whole bean flours provide more calcium, iron, potassium, thiamine, riboflavin, folate and dietary fibre than most other gluten-free flours. Recent studies have shown that garbanzo bean fibre can be especially beneficial to the colon. Though garbanzo beans have no gluten, our garbanzo bean flour is not guaranteed to be gluten-free as products containing gluten are ground with the same mills as the garbanzo bean flour.
