They're a fully integrated farm working from the soil to the table, establishing a relationship with the consumers who want to know where their food comes from. They are situated just outside of Strathmore and only offer the highest quality of flour.
Red Fife flour is a variety of hard red spring wheat grown in Canada. It has a high protein and complex nutty flavour, which makes it ideally suited for bread baking.
Bolted flour has been sifted to remove about 75% of the bran, but the remaining bran and germ add flavour and improve nutrition. If you've tried our sidewalk citizens bread, this is the flour they use for all their delicious loaves.
