As traditional sourdough, Sidewalk Citizen bread contains only flour, water and salt. It is fed daily at a certain time by the bread team. This keeps it fresh with a relatively “sweet” flavour. All doughs are made fresh daily from organic, locally milled flour. Sidewalk Citizen stays clear of preservatives, additives or substitutes.
This bread is considered vegan. Specialty bread such as the Multigrain contains a 7-grain organic cereal. The long fermentation process keeps it fresh for 2-3 days where it can be toasted. It freezes well.

Thursday - Standard Multigrain.
Friday - Standard Multigrain with the addition of black and organic white sesame seeds.
Saturday - Standard Multigrain.
Sunday - Standard Multigrain with the addition of black and organic white sesame seeds, organic sunflower seeds, and organic pumpkin seeds.
Standard Multigrain Ingredients: Organic unbleached white flour, organic red fife whole wheat flour, coarse grey sea salt, organic barley, organic hard red wheat, organic triticale, organic rye, organic hulled oats, organic hulled millet, and organic brown flax.
