Tourtiere Sur Le BBQ
"You Oughta Know" about this secret. The only thing better than Tourtiere is Tourtiere on the bbq! The added smokiness takes it to another level. You need to cook this one low and slow, but don't worry it wont take "One Week" to make. Serve this at your next BBQ and people will "Raise a Little Hell" for more.
Heat BBQ to 400
Place Tourtiere on Top Rack,
If you do not have a top rack, use indirect heat method of cooking. You can do this by turning off one side of the BBQ and turning the other side up to maintain heat. Place the Tourtiere on the side that is off. Cook for approx. 30 min, until fully cooked
If the top starts to get to brown, cover with foil
