Spaghetti Squash Bake

Ingredients

Spaghetti Squash
Pesto
-
Mild Gouda
-
Cherry Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
-
Basil
Directions
Cut Spaghetti Squash in half, season with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. Bake in oven at 375F for 45 minutes, or until soft.
‘Fork’ the spaghetti squash once cooked, loosening the squash. Fold in Pesto to squash and mix.
Add Blistered Cherry Tomatoes & Mild Gouda to top of squash. Don’t be shy with the Cheese!
Bake for 5 minutes on Broil at 500F, until Cheese is melted
