This is one of our favourites because one batch goes a long way! Use store-bought Kalbi sauce or make your own. Marinate the short ribs in the sauce for as little as 30 mins or as long as a week!
Simply cook it on a skillet or grill until you get the bones slightly burnt. Sprinkle green onions and serve it with warm rice.
2. Fried Rice
Yep, you read it right. You might think "What, fried rice? I know fried rice" But it can taste so different when different ingredients join the game.
Arguably the most versatile dish, fried rice is an expert in making every participating ingredient belong while tasting amazing.
We've always loved our fried rice with guanciale and chicken thigh cubes and carrots. And top everything off with some microgreens and garlic crunches.
3. Pan-fried Dumplings
If you're an experienced dumpling eater, you'd know the magic of pan-fried dumplings happens at the first bite - the crispness, the flavour explosion, the juiciness.
While their boiled counterparts make a good meal on their own, the pan-fried dumplings are a perfect side dish and brunch item.
