Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Pancake & Waffle Mix - full bag
Buttermilk - 3 cups
Eggs - 3 Eggs
Cultivatr ‘Pumpkin Pie Spice’
Pumpkin Puree - 1 jar
In the ‘Dry Bowl’ Whisk together Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Pancake & Waffle mixture
in the ‘Wet Bowl’ Whisk Together Eggs, Buttermilk & Pumpkin puree
Combine - wet bowl & dry bowl. incorporate well.
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a little bit of butter to the pan.
Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter per pancake and cook for about 1 - ½ minutes. The edges of the pancake will start to dry and little bubbles will form on the top. Take a peek before you flip and see that they are a nice golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 - ½ minutes
Top pancakes with Syrup, Whipped Cream, More Pumpkin Pie Seasoning, or anything your heart desires! Serve and Enjoy
