Ingredients
Pine Nuts 200g

Heirloom Basil 100g

Olive Oil 300ml

Shredded Parmesan 80g

Salt To Taste
Black Pepper To Taste
Directions
Toast Pinenuts in oven at 350F for 3-5 minutes, or until browned
Cool Pinenuts for 10 minutes
Add Basil & Pinenuts together in Food Processor with Parmesan, Salt & Pepper
Slowly add Olive Oil, Blend until a Pesto is formed
