Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 Cups Cooked Long Grain Rice (preferably day old)

1 Cup Kimchi

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Canola Oil

4 Eggs
Optional garnishes Sesame Seeds and Green Onions
Directions
Heat oil in large pan or wok, add garlic and ginger. Fry for 30 seconds then add Kimchi and cook until liquid is nearly evaporated.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and mix. Then lower heat, add rice and stir to combine. Cook for a 5 minutes while you fry the eggs in a separate pan.
Fry eggs until egg whites are set and yolk is runny.
Top rice with fried eggs and optional garnishes (green onions and sesame seeds).
