Baked Brie with Honey and Fresh Herbs
An instant crowd pleaser. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers or Twigz butter garlic pretzels. Pairs well with both red and white wine.
1 Wheel Brie (Consider using ash rind or smoked as an alternative or serve together)
2 Tbsp Honey (Consider using smoked or truffle honey as a fun alternative)
Butter Garlic Twigz Pretzels
Preheat oven to 390. Remove top rind from Brie or leave on depending on how you’d like to serve it.
Cook for 15-20 mins or until cheese is melted. Test the middle with a toothpick or fork to ensure cheese is melted.
Add honey. If honey is crystallized, scoop on top of rind and bake for an additional few minutes. If you’ve removed the rind, warm honey in an oven safe cup and drizzle on before serving.
Garnish with fresh rosemary and optional pecans.
Serve immediately with warm baguette or buttery pretzels. Pop back in oven or microwave to quickly soften cheese again if cheese hardens.
