Tasty Korean style grass fed ribs paired with Panang curry, placed over steamed rice. Garnished with fresh mirco greens. A favourite dish cooked by one of Cultivatr's team members.
Grass Fed Korean Ribs and Panang Curry
Salt and pepper both sides of the ribs and wait for grill to get hot.
Sear both sides for about 1-2 mins and brush with Gotu Hosin Sauce.
Cook each side for 1 min on each side and pull off grill to rest.
Chop garlic, bell peppers and onion.
In a frying pan sautee garlic, bell peppers and onion together with salt and pepper until translucent.
Add the GR8 thai curry package and reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins.
Place one cup of rice in each bowl and cover with ribs and curry. Garnish with fresh mirco greens.
