Using all the fresh herbs we can, this chimichurri style sauce is an amazing accompaniment to any grilled meat.
Ingredients

1 Garlic Scape (thinly sliced)

2 Green Onions (thinly sliced)

10-12 leaves Fresh Oregano (chopped finely)

12-15 leaves Fresh Cilantro (chopped finely)
1/4 Hot Chili Pepper (minced)

1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar (or Lime Juice)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill in the fridge for 30min - 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Spoon over your favorite grilled proteins!
Recipe Note
Add fresh lime juice instead of vinegar for a fresh citrus kick, feel free to add other fresh green herbs like parsley or even dill.
