Deviled Eggs
A classic party favourite. Here is a base recipe but you can add your own personal touch by subsituting ingredients.

Ingredients

1 Dozen Eggs

2 tsp Dijon Mustard
â…“ cup Mayo

1 Tbsp Minced Shallot
-
½ tsp Hot sauce (Siracha or other favourite)
Chives for garnish
Paprika for garnish
Directions
Add eggs to boiling water and boil for 14 mins (or use your favourite cooking method for hard boiled eggs).
Remove eggs from water and shock with cold water then peel.
Slice eggs in half, remove yolks and set aside on serving platter
Using a fork, mash up the yolks and add mustard, mayonnaise, onion, tabasco, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Add more mayonnaise as necessary to get to the creamy consistency you want.
Pipe through a piping bag or use a spoon to put the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and chives.
