Ingredients

Chicken Carcass (from the roasted chicken dinner)

Carrots - 1LB

Yellow Onion - 2LB

Parsley - 1 Bunch
Water - 20L

Peppercorns

Thyme
-
Rosemary
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large stock pot. Bring up to a simmer on medium heat - Allow to simmer for 4hours. Strain and cool. Reserve for use!
