Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Stock - 5L

Roasted Chicken - 600g

Yellow Onion - 1LB
-
Carrots - 1LB
-
Rotini - 1 Package
-
Thyme - 50g
-
Parsley - 100g
-
Garlic - 2 cloves
Directions
In a large stock pot, sautee onions, garlic and carrots. Once Cooked, Add stock to the pot.
using leftover chicken - chop roughly and add to stock pot.
Using a seperate pot - boil pasta and cool & reserve. Add to your soup.
Simmer for 10 minutes with all igredients’s together.
Add chopped parsley to finish.
