Chia Seed Pudding
In a large clean bowl, add the cinnamon, honey, vanilla and chia seeds. Slowly start to drizzle the milk in stirring to ensure you get no clumps. Clumps will not absorp moisture and you will get a crunchy pudding!
After stirring to incorporate all the chia seeds, cover and refrigerate for at least 3-5 hours. Overnight is preferred.
Spoon out your pudding into a smaller bowl or jar and spoon the Haskap Berry on top. Garnish with addtional fresh fruit , mint leaves or dark chocolate shavings to round out the dish.
