3 Orange Tomato on the Vine 1/8” Slices

6 Springs of Basil, leaves separated from Stem

150 g Formage Blanc

2 Ciabatta Bun

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Directions
Toast the ciabatta bun
Starting with one slice of tomato, layer the tomato, cheese on the base of the bread as per the picture
Put the basil leaves on top of the sandwich
Drizzle olive oil on Top. Followed by the optional balsamic vinegar
