A healthy vegan bowl made with Ariya Burmese Yellow Split Pea Patties.
Use the dipping sauce that comes with the patties for an easy dressing for this bowl!
Ingredients

2 Burmese Yellow Split Pea Patties

1-2 Cups Quinoa (pre-cooked, follow package directions)

1/4 Red Cabbage (shredded)

1/4 Cup Carrot (shredded)
-
1/4 Cup Roasted Spaghetti Squash (forked/shredded)

1/4 Cup Mixed Mushrooms (roasted)

2 Tbsp Garlic Chives (sliced)
-
2 Tbsp Cold Pressed Canola Oil

1 Tbsp Italian Flat Leaf Parsley (torn)
1 Lime Wedge (optional)
Directions
Heat the patties according to package directions
Assmeble your bowl starting with the quinoa as the base
Add your ingredients around the bowl finishing with the yellow split pea patties in the middle
Drizzle Cold Pressed Canola Oil all over the dish
Drizzle the sauce all over the ingredients
Garnish with torn Parsley and Lime wedge
Once you've taken that instagram photo, break up the patties and mix the bowl together and Enjoy!
Recipe Note
If you like it spicy, this dish would love some heat. Kick it up with your favorite Asian hot sauce such as Sriracha or Sambal Oelek.
