Broccolini & Chicken Alfredo
Fettuccini 1 package
Garlic 2 heads
1 Grilled Chicken Breast
Alfredo Sauce 1 jar
Preheat grill to 450F and cook chicken breast seasoned with ‘Cluck & Squeal’ & grill broccolini tossed with Neffis olive oil, salt & pepper until soft.
In a saucepan, cook together leeks and garlic with the thyme. Once translucent, add a small amount of butter. Add your alfredo sauce at this stage and bring to a simmer
Bring pasta pot to a boil and cook pasta noodles until al dente
Fold together pasta with alfredo sauce. Chop Broccolini roughly and add to pasta
Garnish with Grilled Chicken Breast & Parmesan Cheese & Parsley. Enjoy!
- Season your pasta water with salt to add even more flavor to the dish.
- Add the garlic to your pan once the leeks are well on their way to being finished to prevent the garlic from burning.
- A little char on the broccolini is a good thing. Will add depth of flavor to the dish.
