Braised Chiang Mai Thai Sausage
Pre-heat oven to 400F
Slice shallot and swiss chard or kale. Grate or slice garlic and ginger. Add to large pan or casserole dish.
Place sausage in centre of pan. Add massaman curry sauce and one can of coconut milk.
Roast in oven for 1 hour and 20 mins at 400F.
Finish with 1 tsp rice wine vinegar.
Serve with rice.
